The Governors wish to appoint a Headteacher for our outstanding school who will inspire us to build on years of high academic and pastoral standards. Our modern school is set within a professional community, in a popular area of Derby. This post is available from September following the retirement of the school’s current Headteacher.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an experienced, inspirational and supportive leader, who will continue to develop both staff and children to their full potential.
- Have a clear vision for the continuous development of an excellent education for our pupils.
- Have the ability to build on existing outstanding practice but also introduce fresh and innovative ideas.
- Have the confidence and drive to develop and enhance the partnership between school, home, the wider community and other local schools.
