Due to retirement, the Governors of Saint Thomas wish to appoint a Headteacher who has energy and vision to lead our popular and successful school in its journey from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ during an exciting period of development in its Foundation unit.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Is a practising Catholic; who will cherish and support the Catholic ethos of the school
• Will uphold, and further develop, the strong pastoral care given by the school.
• Will maintain the strong links between Parish, school and home
• Will have excellent communication, management and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Has high expectations and is committed to providing high quality learning experiences for all our children
• Has the ability to play a dynamic role in implementing the new curriculum
