Following the retirement of our existing Headteacher, the Pupils, Staff and Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, inspirational and effective Leader, who can build on our current strengths and has the vision to further develop the school.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven leadership skills at head teacher level.
• Is committed to excellence in teaching and learning through effective empowerment, coaching and continued development of staff.
• Has highly effective organisational, managerial, motivational and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead the delivery of the curriculum, ensuring it is accessible to all.
• Has the desire to encourage all children to achieve their full potential, through the setting of high expectations for achievement and behaviour.
• Has the interpersonal skills necessary to show leadership and build a strong team involving Children, Staff, Parents, Governors and the wider community.
