Headteacher

After 7 years in post our current Headteacher is leaving us and we are thus looking for an inspirational leader to build upon and improve the excellent work to date. The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a committed professional with vision and ambition and someone who can demonstrate the following:-

• A commitment to nurturing and developing the school’s Catholic ethos and values.
• The drive to raise standards.
• High expectations of the quality of teaching and learning and the achievement of every child.
• A proven track record as an outstanding teacher and leader with the ability to inspire, empower and motivate others.
• Highly effective organisation and management skills relating to the school, its staff and resources.
• Strong partnerships with parents, the parish, the community and the Diocese.

We asked our children what they would like from a Headteacher and they told us they want a Headteacher who is: “funny and happy”, “brave in a crisis”, “respects pupils voices”, “fair” and “selfless”. Is this you?
