Headteacher

Due to the promotion of our current Headteacher, the Governing Body seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Headteacher who will lead, develop, value and enhance the good foundations already in place.

Ofsted: September 2013: “ Pupils’ attitudes to learning are exemplary and this is a major factor in the good progress they make in lessons.”

We are:

• A happy and caring school where everyone develops self esteem and self discipline, feels valued, confident and motivated in all aspects of school life.
• Forward thinking, fully collaborative in our approach in consultation with staff, governors, pupils and parents.

The Pupils are seeking a new Headteacher who:

• Is a fun, happy, friendly experienced teacher and leader.
• A great role model who listens to us and to learn from.
• Is smart, firm and fair to work for.

The Staff are seeking a new Headteacher who:

• Has vision, energy, enthusiasm and high expectations of both pupils and staff to continue to move the school forward with a commitment to progress and high standards.
• Communicates well with, and fully supports, the staff, pupils and parents so that the whole community share the same vision and understanding.
• Is a visible leader who is passionate about the education of the whole child across the three phases.

The Governors are seeking a new Headteacher who:

• Has a proven track record in high quality educational leadership.
• Is committed to high standards of learning and behaviour and supports the caring ethos of this school where everyone is valued and encouraged to succeed.
• Has the skills, attitude and ability to lead, inspire and motivate others to a high a level.
