Job overview

Required for 1 January 2016 due to the retirement of our highly regarded Headteacher. The Governing Body seek to appoint an inspirational leader who is a practising and committed Roman Catholic for the post of Headteacher at this popular and thriving faith school at the heart of the community.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior leadership experience who possesses the skills and attributes to progress the school further
  • A strategic leader who can provide leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change
  • A leader with high expectations and the ability to lead and inspire our dedicated staff and pupils
  • A motivated professional with a clear vision to ensure that every child fulfils their potential
  • Instrumental in placing the school at the heart of the worshipping community
