Our school is looking to recruit a forward-thinking, creative headteacher who has a track record of successful leadership and management, and who possesses the strategic vision to further raise standards of teaching, learning and attainment. He or she must be able to inspire, motivate and engage the whole school community, and to maintain the distinctive Christian ethos of our school.

We are a single-form entry Church of England primary school situated in beautiful Hampstead, northwest London. We have about 233 pupils of mixed ability, and a young, dynamic staff body. We want our pupils to fulfil their potential, to flourish academically, spiritually and culturally, and to become confident, caring citizens.

The successful candidate:

• is dynamic, innovative, with a proven track record of outstanding leadership.
• has a genuine passion for teaching and learning with high expectations of staff and students.
• has excellent communication skills, is able to lead at all levels and will inspire, motivate and support the pupils, staff, parents and wider community.

Currently rated Good, we are looking for someone with the vision to continue our improvement towards becoming Outstanding.
