The Governing body of Holy Trinity C.E. Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an inspirational new Headteacher with vision and energy to take our School into its next chapter.       

Holy Trinity is a small, non-sponsored Academy with a strong link to the Diocese of Birmingham. It is proud of its strong faith ethos which all staff, Governors and children believe is at the heart of what makes this a very special school.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Demonstration of a good understanding of School Improvement Planning.
  • Experience of implementing Performance Management.
  • Experience of partnership working with parents and the wider community.
  • Successful and varied teaching experience in appropriate phase(s).
  • Experience of co-ordinating family support services as appropriate.
  • Ability to support the Christian ethos of our School
