The Governors seek to appoint a Headteacher to continue the development of our popular and successful school.
We are:
- a thriving, over-subscribed, one form entry primary school
- six miles south of Hereford situated in a beautiful rural environment
- forward looking, with a highly experienced staff, a progressive governing body and a supportive PTFA
- part of a strong community and have longstanding links with Much Birch Parish Church
We are seeking someone who:
- will build upon the school’s current “good” Ofsted status
- can pursue the current strategies relating to areas still needing development
- will lead the school through future pupil assessment and data processes
- has proven experience of accelerating progress in KS2
- has mature interpersonal skills
- will support the school’s Christian ethos
