The Vyners Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspiring leader to the position of Headteacher of Ryefield Primary School. The school recently became an academy as part of the move into the Vyners Learning Trust as well as expanding to three forms of entry following the school’s expansion programme.
The Headteacher will work with Governors to deliver the strategic plan to make Ryefield Primary School an outstanding school, building on strong foundations and delivering the vision of a high performing, safe, secure and welcoming environment where all pupils are valued equally. Our vision is to deliver a high quality, relevant and balanced curriculum which enables all children to reach their full potential. We aim to enable each child to grow in confidence and self- esteem whilst fostering an understanding and respect for others. We seek to develop enquiring, independent and creative minds, within a loving and secure environment.
We are looking for a Headteacher who will be
- Able to demonstrate significant impact in a leadership role within a Primary School.
- A leader who can inspire, motivate and challenge staff, children and parents alike.
- Passionate about each child being given the opportunity and means to reach their full potential.
- Able to articulate a clear vision and set the strategic direction for the school.
Our new Headteacher will have the opportunity to lead a school community that is caring, supportive and committed to our pupils. We are looking for a leader with ambition, determination and creativity.
