The Governors, staff, children and parents are seeking an inspirational leader with a passion for education and learning. You will have a track record demonstrating this and will bring your unique and creative experience and skills to continue our commitment to raising standards. We are open to an existing Headteacher or an exceptional Deputy Head to lead our expanding school.

We are looking for someone who has:  

• A proven track record of successful leadership and management.
• Demonstrated the vision, strategic capability and commitment to delivery needed to bring the school to Ofsted ‘good’ status.
• High expectations of pupils in their attainment, behaviour and attendance and the skills needed to translate these expectations into pupils achieving their full potential.
• Demonstrated the ability to establish strong links between staff, parents and carers and to maximise the educational impact of these links.
• Shown that they will respond positively, proactively and effectively to the high expectations set by the Governing Body.
• The ability and drive to challenge, encourage and support all staff to perform at a high level.
• A clear commitment to continuous improvement of all key aspects of the school.
• An unswerving desire to ensure that all pupils are safe, happy, enjoy their education, achieve their potential and make a positive contribution to society.
