Denbigh is a thriving and happy learning community where expectations and standards are very high. Driven by our core value statement, ‘high achievement for all is our shared responsibility’, we are completely committed to inspiring and supporting our students so that they seek excellence in all aspects of school life – regardless of their ability or background.

We are committed to working with parents and carers to ensure that all are active participants in their child’s learning and development. We recognise and greatly value these partnerships, including those within the wider community - we truly achieve more together than in isolation.

Perhaps more than ever before, we are acutely aware that we play a key role in preparing our young people for their place as global citizens. To craft their position on the world stage, beyond personal endeavour we concentrate with purpose on the development of interpersonal skills and competencies; such as oracy, team work, resilience and leadership. We nurture respect for self, and others. For all stakeholders this means benchmarking ourselves against the best standards and practices, not merely nationally, but internationally. Denbigh is an aspirational, innovative and vibrant place to both learn and work. Rightly, students feel intensely proud of and attached to their school.
