Headteacher

Due to the retirement of our highly regarded Headteacher, the Governing body of this outstanding and very popular Catholic school are seeking to appoint an experienced and inspirational leader who can motivate and support staff and pupils in the continuing development of our Catholic learning community.

We are looking for a person

• Who is a practising Catholic with a clear understanding of leadership in a Catholic school thus enabling the school to participate actively in the mission of the church
• Who has high expectations and will inspire, challenge and encourage staff to achieve the best outcomes for pupils, enabling every child to reach their highest potential
• Is a dedicated educator with proven leadership and management skills who has previous experience of sustaining and improving standards
• Who will continue to develop collaborative partnerships with parents and the wider community in preparing pupils to live and work in the 21st century world.
