Following the promotion of our outstanding Headteacher to an Executive headship, the Governors are looking to appoint a successor with enthusiasm and dynamism to take the school forward and build on her success.

As Governors, we know that Oak Tree is a very good school (Ofsted 2014). Oak Tree is an average sized school and serves a large estate on the outskirts of Mansfield. It has a high percentage of pupils supported through the Pupil Premium. The school has potential for further progress and to that end we are looking for a confident, ambitious and fully committed Headteacher to further the school's ambition.
