We are looking to appoint a colleague who will challenge us all to further develop our vision and impact as Corporate Parents and who:

  • Has a proven record as an excellent teacher;
  • Has current or very recent successful senior leadership experience in a mainstream school(s) at Assistant Headteacher level or higher;
  • Has experience of supporting successful school improvement planning and implementation particularly for vulnerable children and young people;
  • Is totally committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all Children and Young People;
  • Enjoys the challenge of further integrating services to provide a more coherent offer.
