Job overview

The cross phase Pupil Referral Unit currently provides full time educational provision for approximately 120 children who have been permanently excluded from school.

We are seeking to appoint a visionary and dynamic leader who can work collaboratively with schools to promote inclusion and maximise opportunities for children and young people to achieve their full potential. You will have a very clear understanding of the barriers children and young people face in terms of learning, resilience and relationships and how they can be addressed. Your aspirations for children and young people will be high and you will be committed to establishing high quality alternative education that promotes personalised pathways for children and young people.
