St Mary and All Saints is a vibrant, diverse and oversubscribed primary with over 400 pupils on roll. The school occupies architect-designed contemporary buildings within spacious grounds, in an enviable position backing onto the Kennet Meadows and Holybrook river. The school has a long tradition of providing community education, and we recently celebrated our 160th anniversary.

The Governors are seeking an experienced and visionary Headteacher capable of driving the highest standards in Teaching and Learning, resulting in significant and sustainable school improvement.

• is a talented leader with a proven track record of effective school leadership
• will inspire, encourage, challenge and support individuals and teams to ensure that every pupil achieves academically in a secure, caring environment
• is able to build on recent successes, upholding and developing our Christian ethos whilst working with stakeholders to bring about change
• wants to work in an environment where they can make a real difference to children’s lives.
