Marston Green Infants is an Outstanding, vibrant and well-funded Infant Academy. Due to the retirement of our longstanding Headteacher, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational, forward thinking leader, with proven experience, who has the passion and enthusiasm to engage hearts and minds and the strategic vision to continue to drive our academy forward as a Centre of Excellence.

You will have the opportunity to lead, encourage and further develop our team of talented and enthusiastic staff. You will be able to inspire our fantastic children, ensuring our Academy remains at the centre of our local community and continue to provide our children with an outstanding start to their educational journey. We want someone who, in the words of our children: "...cares about the children and makes us the best school ever!"
