5 years ago Paddocks School in Newmarket, Suffolk was a popular, friendly, hard working Group 1 Reception to Year 4 Primary School.

By 2013, under the careful direction of the Headteacher, staff and governing body, Paddocks has become a popular, friendly, hard working Group 2 Reception to Year 6 Primary School (currently with 181 pupils on roll) in the top 35% of primaries in Suffolk for KS2 SATs.

The Headteacher retired at Christmas 2014, but the ambition for the school continues with parents, staff and governors aiming to progress the school into the top 10%, even the top 10, of Suffolk schools. We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and inspirational leader with the vision, skills and personality to get us there.
