Headteacher

Kingsfield PRU provides for pupils who are not in mainstream schools due to behavioural, social or emotional difficulties, as well as mental health or other medical needs.

Catering for KS2/3 and 4 students the PRU has one site in Stowmarket and two in Bury St Edmunds. Currently, Kingsfield has been judged by Ofsted to have serious weaknesses.

Following the retirement of the current postholder, the managers are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who can inspire and lead the staff team ensuring:    

• a continuing commitment to aspirational learning and improved outcomes for all pupils
• access to a high quality curriculum, maximising opportunities for the future success of all students
• continued development of the split site provision, effectively meeting the varied needs of the young people and making the best use of staff and resources.
