Situated in the historic Suffolk market town of Hadleigh, Hadleigh Community Primary School is the local school of choice, with circa 600 pupils attending the school from Nursery - Year 6.

Having received a 'Requires Improvement' judgement from Ofsted in 2014, there is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic senior leader, with a proven track record of successful, rapid school improvement, to lead this popular and expanding school to the next level.

You will be the key player in shaping the future of Hadleigh Community Primary School by leading the implementation of our RI action plan and by redesigning a management team that will propel the school to a future 'Outstanding' judgement.

You will:

• have exceptional leadership and management skills
• possess a proven track record in improving the quality of teaching and learning
• be experienced in raising aspirations to attain excellence
• have the ability to drive consistency in accountability across the school
• possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with all stakeholders
• hold the leadership qualities required to obtain a 'Good' judgment at the next Ofsted inspection, and have the drive and desire to obtain 'Outstanding' in the near future.
