• Will sustain and further develop strategic thinking and planning, alongside the effective Senior Leadership Team, to build, communicate and carry this school to another level

• Has the ability to nurture and inspire, whilst challenging and motivating
• Will lead the school in following our Christian Ethos
• Has a commitment to an inclusive education for all
