Headteacher

The Directors of this newly formed Multi Academy Company are inviting applicants from ambitious, inspirational and suitably qualified practising Catholics for this position of Headteacher of this successful primary school. We are looking to appoint a Headteacher who can build on the achievements of one form entry school and lead it on to excellence.

St. Benedict’s is part of the Holy Spirit Catholic Multi Academy Company, which is made up of a secondary school, three primary schools, one junior and one infant school. This is an opportunity for a committed candidate to join our team of Headteachers and Directors and help mould our new Multi Academy as it strives for excellence for all our children.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

• Is a practising Catholic with a strong and committed faith, who will lead and nurture the ethos and Catholic Life of this small school
• Is an effective leader who is an excellent communicator and can lead by example
• Has the drive and vision to inspire staff and pupils to reach the highest goals
• Can demonstrate good interpersonal skills working as part of a team with staff, parents, directors, parish and wider community.
