This is an exciting opportunity to lead our outstanding one form entry semi-rural primary school located in Warwickshire close to its borders with Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.

Our aim at Clifton-upon-Dunsmore C of E Primary is for all children to develop their talents, reach their potential and be safe and happy during their time with us. We are looking to recruit a Headteacher who will:

• Possess robust monitoring and evaluation skills facilitating the development of well-focused improvement plans.

Key Challenges:

• Develop the skills of additional adults in the classroom so that they can accurately judge pupil progress to assist teachers in their formal assessments (Ofsted 2015).
• Continue to narrow the gap in attainments between groups.
• Improve the delivery of ICT within lessons and its use across the curriculum.
• Develop and constantly refine a robust assessment system to contend with ‘life without levels’.
• Ensure all teachers pursue continuous professional development and possess the skills and motivation to deliver a varied curriculum.
