St Aidan’s is a happy and vibrant school, firmly rooted in the example and teaching of Jesus Christ. The Governors are seeking an inspirational leader who will build on the work of our excellent leadership of our highly respected Headteacher and take our school to the next stage of its development.

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

  • is a practising Catholic, who will uphold our strong spiritual and moral values, both in and outside the classrooms
  • has the vision, ambition and motivation to lead our highly successful school into the next stage of development
  • is a leader, who is passionate in their belief that every child can, and should, achieve success
  • will promote and inspire the highest standards of teaching and learning for all our pupils
  • can motivate our staff and children to achieve their full potential within a caring and nurturing environment
  • has a sense of humour to sustain themselves and others
