Due to the pending retirement of our Headteacher we are looking for an inspirational and passionate leader. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced school leader to take on the rewarding role of Head Teacher at Newtown Community Primary School.

The Governors and staff are looking for a Headteacher who is able to provide a challenging, nurturing and inspirational environment and:
- be passionate about raising standards and committed to the development of every child;
- have proven leadership and management skills;
- demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning;
- be approachable, receptive and able to challenge, motivate and inspire others;
- have high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
