The Governing Body wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, caring and inspirational leader who has proven leadership experience through the primary phase.
We are looking for a school leader who:
- Has a clear strategic vision coupled with an enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
- Has the experience to lead, motivate, inspire and support all staff, children and parents within our school community
- Is passionate about high quality teaching and learning experiences for children
- Is able to demonstrate leading change and school development
- Is committed to embracing our ethos of, “Pupils First: Striving for Personal Success.”
- Has a clear understanding of financial management
- Has a proven track record in raising standards and improving outcomes in schools with a significant number of Pupil Premium children
