The governors, staff, children and parents of Lickey End First School are seeking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher, who is passionate about teaching and learning, committed to the continuing success of the school and to ensuring that the school’s ethos is maintained.

We are seeking a leader who:

• Is an effective communicator with a proven record of successful leadership

• Encourages children to be independent, co-operative and reflective learners.
