Tang Hall Primary School are looking for their next inspirational Headteacher to lead the school on the next stage of its journey.

There are exciting times ahead for the school which is due to be completely rebuilt under the government’s School Rebuilding Programme. The new Headteacher will play a leading role in the successful delivery of the project which will benefit the Tang Hall community for years to come.

The successful candidate will have a clear, focussed vision to take the school forward, and the practical skills to turn that vision into a reality. You will have the ability to build positive and successful relationships with children, staff and families based on respect, trust and integrity. You will also work closely with parents and carers to encourage their children to make a real success of their time at school.

It is important that our Headteacher is ‘hands-on’, modelling and developing best practice, coaching and motivating a talented and committed team of staff.

You will be strong on the analysis of data and have an excellent grasp of classroom practice, ready and willing to lead by example.
