Hours: 17.5 hours per week, term time only

We are looking for an experienced and qualified HLTA to join our thriving school. A key part of the role would be to work with whole classes as well as groups of children.

This will involve:

  • Working alongside the class teacher with a focus on supporting PP children across the school;
  • Planning and preparing lessons and group interventions in dialogue with class teachers;
  • Providing feedback and contributing to assessment records;
  • Attending to the welfare and emotional care of children.

You will:

  • Be flexible, adaptable and willing to take initiative;
  • Have a kind and caring manner with children;
  • Enjoy working as part of a team;
  • Wish to support the caring Christian ethos of the school.
