We are looking for someone who:
- has HLTA status; (HLTA qualification)
- has experience of whole class teaching to cover PPA or short term absence of teachers - - is committed to supporting children’s learning, including pupils with SEN
- promotes positive values, attitudes and good behaviour - - creates and maintains a purposeful, orderly and supportive learning environment
- has high expectations of all pupils with a commitment to raising standards
- has a passion to make a difference and a real ability to inspire and motivate
- has good communication and listening skills, and an ability to relate well to children and adults
- has a good understanding of primary national strategies and intervention programmes
- has the commitment to contribute to the extended life of the school
