Job Title: Apprentice – Hair and Beauty Receptionist

Location: East London

Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary range: £16,162 per year (progressing to £18,814 in the second year)

Contract type: Fixed Term (2 years)

We are recruiting an apprentice to support the College in providing an efficient administrative service in the Hairdressing and Beauty department. You will support the administrative functions of the department and be responsible for the day-to-day operation running of the Hairdressing and Beauty Reception area. You will promote the highest possible standards in customer care, equal opportunities and health and safety practices for the benefit of learners and the wider community served by the College. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

Apprentices will gain the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard qualification and after successful completion of this apprenticeship, candidates can apply for higher apprenticeship or apply for full-time employment.

The successful candidate will have a keen sense of responsibility, ownership and a ‘can do’ approach to addressing everyday challenges.
