RACC is entering an exciting time in its history with the opening of our landmark building on our Parkshot (Richmond) site which will support the College as a hub of excellence in adult learning. We design and deliver courses in the most appropriate way to meet the needs, interests and abilities of both adults and young people who wish to learn in an adult environment.

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR Department. You will be the first point of call for all enquires either in person, by telephone or by email and will administer a broad range of generalist HR processes including recruitment and selection, learning and development, contracts and Payroll providing a customer focused service at all times. You will also work to improve and streamline existing HR processes.

The role will also involve ad-hoc project work such as rolling out new aspects of the HR database, reviewing HR processes as well as administering staff benefits, maintaining the HR database and supervising the HR volunteers.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar HR role, have advanced IT skills which includes MS Office packages and database management as well as excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
