Job overview

Here at Launde Primary School, we are committed to providing an excellent learning experience for over 600 pupils. As a three-form entry school, we pride ourselves on our vibrant and inclusive community, where every child is valued and supported on their educational journey.

As part of Scholars Academy Trust, we are dedicated to ensuring that all children receive the best start in their educational journey. With a firm commitment to excellence, we are on a rapid improvement journey, constantly striving to enhance the learning environment and outcomes for our pupils.

At Launde Primary School, we recognise that emotional well-being is as vital as educational achievement. Therefore, we prioritise the holistic development of our pupils, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Inclusion and Community Coordinator will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between the school and the community. Your primary responsibilities will include building and strengthening connections within the community, providing support for parents and children's mental health and well-being, and promoting the diversity and culture of our school. You will work as part of a team including school staff and other agencies to ensure progress and achievement for pupils.
