Inclusion Manager

The Governing Body of Thomas Harding Junior School wish to appoint a dynamic and forward thinking Inclusion Manager who has the passion and belief to drive us forwards to maintaining our status as an inclusive school with outstanding outcomes for all: an innovator of 21st century learning. We want someone who is inspired to develop children's minds into inquisitive and enquiring investigators and who has the skills to enthuse and motivate those children who find learning less easy for whatever reason. The ability to foster and secure strong relationships within our school community is essential.

You will have responsibility for inclusion working within our strong teaching team, and with supportive parents and happy, well behaved children. You will be key to maintaining high levels of inclusion for all.
