Are you a professional administrator with experience of working in a customer focused and fast paced office?
Can you deliver excellent customer service whether face to face, or over the phone even when under pressure?
Do you enjoy working as an integral part of a team where no two days are the same?
As an Information Advice Guidance and Admissions Assistant your main duties will include college admissions, answering telephone queries and liaising with different department throughout the college as well as with the public. You will also be required to cover the cash office and reception desks.
You will preferably have office experience and hold a GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent) and ideally be qualified to Level 2 in IAG or Business Administration or have the potential to undertake. You must be IT competent and have experience using Microsoft Office packages. You should enjoy working with others and have the ability to work under pressure whilst using your own initiative.
