We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and excellent Teacher to join our school from September 2015. Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team you will ensure that the team complies with common agreed practices particularly with regard to learning environment.

We became a United Learning Academy in September 2013 and, in striving towards achieving the ‘Best in Everyone’, we have had a successful year in improving outcomes for children.

We are looking for a talented, inspirational teacher who will:

  • Have a passion for learning and be able to demonstrate the highest standards of teaching;
  • Be well organised yet have a flexible and understanding approach with the team;
  • Have the potential to develop the skills of others through coaching and/or mentoring;
  • Have the desire to model, promote and develop high quality teaching and learning;
  • Have a strong understanding of primary pedagogy;
  • Communicate well with colleagues, parents and children;
  • Have high expectations and believe in the ‘Best in everyone aspiration’;
  • Lead, motivate and work as part of a team.

The Victory is a two-form entry primary school with a nursery and a specialist SEN provision for children with speech, language and communication needs. The new-build school opened in 2010 and converted to academy status in 2013 with a new leadership team.
