Our successful and welcoming school seeks a committed and enthusiastic practitioner to teach in key stage 2 and to become part of our extended leadership team. Bells Farm is a small and lively school which thrives as a fantastic place to learn and work. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate about learning and is keen to gain further leadership experience in a supportive and enabling environment.
Presently we are seeking excellent practitioners who are able to offer leadership skills in Mathematics, Humanities (History, Geography and RE) or Art and Music.
We are looking for teachers who:
- Have experience of, or aspirations toward, leadership in a primary setting
- Can articulate a vision for the development of children’s enjoyment and achievement
- Are good or better classroom practitioners, who are prepared to share this practice with colleagues
- Have a track record of successfully raising standards and ensuring all pupil groups make good progress
- Possess excellent organisational and communication skills and has the ability to motivate, support and coach colleagues
- Can think strategically and act practically to promote the ethos of learning
- Have a commitment to working in partnership alongside parents and the local community
