Job overview

KS1 & KS2 Teachers required with possible leadership responsibility.

Possible TLR point for leading English or Maths across the school.

The Weald C of E Primary School is at an exciting stage of its development and is on track to become an academy within The Good Shepherd Trust, The Diocese of Guildford, in September 2015. We are keen to find enthusiastic KS1 and KS2 teachers for across KS1 and KS2, to work with us to move the school forward in a positive way. The children are beginning to make good progress and be successful.

The Weald is a one form entry in the early years and at KS2 becomes a two form entry primary school benefiting from a warm, supportive community and a strong team spirit. Alongside this we offer access to a range of continuing professional development opportunities through our partnership work with other local schools.

So, if you are able to positively support the Christian ethos of the school whilst also being committed to promoting the well-being of all pupils, and feel you can help us to move quickly to fulfilling our potential as a school community, then this could be the role for you. This is an exciting time for The Weald, so if you are up for a challenge, we are looking for teachers to join us on our journey to becoming a ‘Good’ school next year.

Visits to the school are welcome, please contact the office for an appointment.

Application packs are also available to download from our website.

Please complete the application electronically and email it to Mrs. Denise Williams at denise.williams@cofeguildford.org.uk  or post to:
