Job overview
An outstanding teacher is required to join our committed, friendly staff team from September 2015. An ability to teach in KS2 and have strengths in English and Maths are essential, along with a desire to contribute to our vibrant school. We are also looking in particular for a teacher who is a specialist in Physical Education and Games. An ability to teach pupils a variety of sports including Football, Netball, Hockey, Rounders, Cricket and Athletics is essential, as well as proven experience in umpiring associated sports fixtures.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic practitioner with high expectations who challenges children at all levels of ability. A current First Aid Certificate is also desirable and a willingness to undertake a course to obtain a PCV D1 (minibus) licence (if not already held).
