Join the leadership team at Durrington Junior for the next step in your career and help set the direction for our school’s future! We are looking for an enthusiastic KS2 teacher to lead and develop the teaching of Literacy in our popular and friendly school, which is set in attractive grounds on the edge of Salisbury Plain and close to the Stonehenge World Heritage Site.

As lead practitioner in Literacy, you’ll take a key role in school improvement and work alongside other senior leaders on our journey to become an outstanding school. You’ll be encouraged to explore and develop new initiatives. The successful candidate will teach a Year 3, 4 or 5 class alongside a year team partner. This post is ideal for either a good classroom teacher who is keen to move to a leadership role or a more experienced teacher looking for a new challenge.
