Beechview Academy is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join our team. The school has a strong and dedicated staff team who work together to provide the very best all-round education for our pupils. About Us

Beechview Academy is a small, friendly Junior (Key Stage 2 only) school located in east High Wycombe, with children mostly coming from the Marsh and Micklefield areas. We are very fortunate in our site, with large outdoor play spaces, along with garden and woodland areas. As part of the Marlow Education Trust we have also been able to draw on their considerable expertise, as well as developing strong links with our partner secondary school, Sir William Borlase’s, an outstanding co-educational school in Marlow. Since joining the Trust, Beechview has undergone some of the most exciting changes in our history. The buildings have been transformed, with over £2 million worth of investment, organised through the Trust and modernisation has been happening through Conditional Improvement Funding, with our electrical set-up and roof structures being recently updated.

We are a forward-looking school, striving to constantly improve. We offer excellent in-school CPD support and have cultivated a positive culture towards professional development, with mentoring and coaching available from peers and senior leaders. We work closely within our year group teams, including joint planning and have lots of opportunities to learn and develop from other staff in the school and across liaison groups and the trust.

We aim to provide a happy, secure and stimulating environment where high moral values are embraced by all. Working together, we will nurture individuality, provide challenge, develop self-esteem and promote respect for each other, enabling children to grow into confident, responsible and compassionate young people with high aspirations for the future.
