Job overview

We are looking for an outstanding Lead Practitioner to inspire, guide and advise on best practice within this school. The role is critical to the school’s continuing progress; it is integral to how we will achieve the highest standard of learning and teaching in every classroom. The Lead Practitioner will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to raise the quality of teaching and learning across the school and directly with the people they coach.

The successful person will:

  • Work collaborative to create the highest quality of teaching.
  • Support, develop and coach colleagues to that the very best practice and pedagogy is shared and is consistent across the school;
  • Design and deliver CPD for teaching staff;
  • Have excellent interpersonal, team development and leadership skills;
  • Have a relentless commitment to achievement for all.

Stretford High School is a non-selective 11-16 School based in the selective Local Authority of Trafford.
