The Governors of this successful primary school would like to appoint a suitable candidate to the position of Lead Practitioner – Quality of Teaching and Learning. If you are a teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning as well as being highly reflective about your practice, on every level, in the classroom - then this is an ideal opportunity to nurture and promote your own practice whilst having the leadership responsibility to foster such ideals in our staff and children. You will be expected to lead a subject area or part of a subject area. In addition you will be part of a committed and dedicated staff and work alongside a Senior Leadership Team that encourages coaching for excellence. The role will initially be based in Key Stage 2.
