We are currently over-subscribed and have a strong track record for developing staff for further career progression. In recent years we have made significant improvements to the curriculum, to the use of data and to the understanding of leadership in order to raise expectations and standards. Governance has also been recently reviewed and an interim Executive Board established to support the college in its journey to good.

The College invests heavily in ensuring that teaching and learning enables our students to make outstanding progress. We have a comprehensive CPD offer in collaboration with Northern Lights Teaching School Alliance and the Bradford Partnership. Over the last year a number of staff have completed a whole range of internal and external professional development courses including NPQSL, the “ Good to Outstanding” course and Teaching Leaders. We believe in developing our staff to reach their full potential.

We are looking for:

  • A commitment and ability to build attractive provision for students throughout the faculty and through all key stages, including extra-curricular opportunities

We offer:

  • Suited teaching bases and good facilities that are ripe for development
  • The opportunity to play a key supporting role in a newly created faculty that will secure great provision and outcomes for students in key curriculum areas including geography
