Leader of Inclusion

The Governors of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a leader of Inclusion. The post will initially be non-class based but will involve some group/class teaching. Ideally it would be a full time post but there is flexibility within this position.

The successful candidate will be:

• Able to contribute fully to the Catholic life and ethos of our school
• A strong leader with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
• An outstanding teacher who can inspire our children
• Able to ensure the children make good progress to support them to reach their full potential
• Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable and understanding of SEN
• Able to ensure that the Mission Statement is an integral part of school life
