Salary: MPS/UPS plus TLR2 (level to be agreed) with the possibility of a Recruitment and Retention allowance

The Governors, pupils and staff of this forward thinking school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented teacher to join, as a member of the senior leadership team, our dedicated strategic leadership team in this exciting, multi-cultural and welcoming school.

  • Be able to implement consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning, ensuring all pupils make good progress
  • Make learning stimulating, effective and inclusive
  • Be able to accept challenges, inspire and motivate others
  • Lead, develop, support and be accountable for a key area of school improvement
  • Demonstrate excellent teaching, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate real enthusiasm and commitment towards raising standards within a diverse school community
  • Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills
  • Play a major role under the overall direction of the Headteacher in formulating and reviewing the School Improvement Plan and the aims and objectives of the school
