The Learning Mentor is an exciting role at the academy; the overall purpose of the post is to complement the professional work of teachers by providing subject specific support to enhance the development, education and achievement of identified students.
The postholder will be required to encourage and mentor students to enable them to significantly enhance their chances of success in Maths, the Sciences or English.
You must be fully committed to optimising the opportunities that are available to children and young people in north Halifax, secure in the knowledge that you will be joining an ambitious and forward-thinking team.

Trinity Academy Halifax is the founding academy of Trinity Multi Academy Trust. It opened in 2010 and since that time has secured two Ofsted 'outstanding' judgements as well as being designated as a National Support School, a National Teaching School (leading the Trinity Institute of Education) and a Maths Hubs of Excellence (leading West Yorkshire Maths Hub). In 2019 we were awarded the World Class Schools quality mark.
