Aspris Coleg North Wales are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Education team now! We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Learning Support Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting the children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

We are a specialist further education college for learners aged 16-25 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and a range of associated conditions. Aspris College North Wales works in partnership with Coleg Cambria to deliver mainstream education with tailored support in education, independence and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting in a classroom setting, have a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) which is appropriate to the teaching and learning environment of learners and young adult

Aspris College North Wales is an independent specialist day college, providing support and care for young people aged 16 to 25 years with Asperger Syndrome, autistic spectrum conditions and associated conditions.
