Uxbridge College is a highly successful Further Education College situated in West London. We achieved the grade of ‘Outstanding’ in our last Ofsted inspection (May 2008).

Our BTEC National Diploma Fashion programme excels in the preparation of students for directional design BA Hons programmes, this being reflected in the consistently high standard of our student exit profiles. You would teach a range of Fashion related disciplines within BTEC programmes, particularly design, research/design sourcing, and fabric manipulation/textiles.

You will possess an HND in Fashion Design or a fashion-related subject, an advanced level teaching qualification or be working towards one and have teaching experience of Fashion/Textiles, including delivery of BTEC programmes. You should have a current profile as a practitioner within the field and have an excellent understanding of contemporary directional fashion design.
